OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES ONLY. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

Standard text messaging rates will apply for each text message sent or received as provided in your wireless rate plan. If you do not know your plan’s rates please contact your carrier for pricing and details.


1. Eligibility: “OIGFUEL Text To Win” promotion is open only to persons who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of, and are physically present in, the 48 continental United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees Touring Publicaiton, L.L.C., and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to participate or win. By entering the Promotion, participants are bound by and agree to these official rules. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam the US Virgin Islands and where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsors: The Sponsors of the “OIGFUEL Text To Win" campaign are Touring Publications, L.L.C., 121 West Summer St., Greeneville, TN 37744.

3. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at on March 1, 2008 and ends on December 31, 2008.

4. Promotion Description: During each of the months of April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November and December, OIG will be running a contest to enter the “OIGFUEL Text To Win” contest. There is a total of one winner each month.

All entrants will be entered into the OIGFUEL Text To Win drawing. The value and components of the prize will be a $250 gas card. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period.

5. How to Enter by Cell Phone: If you have a text messaging capable cell phone from a participating carrier, you may enter the Promotion during the promotion period by sending a text message to the short code 23907 and texting the word “OIGFUEL”.

Standard text messaging rates apply. You will receive a "thank you" text message. You may stop receiving text messages at any time by responding "stop" to any of the messages.

6. Free Method of Entry: To enter the Promotion without using a text messaging capable cell phone, log onto www.theoig.com and click on the OIG Fuel Banner located in the center of the page. You may then enter your cell phone number and service provider then click submit to enter.

7. Total value of the prizes for the entire Promotion Period is $2250. Limit one prize per person.

No refunds or credit for changes are allowed.

In the event a winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of parent/legal guardian, and winner's parent/legal guardian must accompany minor. No substitution permitted, except by OIG, who reserve the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value. No transfer of any prize is permitted.

8. Winner Notification: OIG will make multiple attempts to contact the potential winner at the phone number provided. Winner must agree (where permitted by law) to allow his/her name, home city and state to be announced. If OIG is unable to reach a potential winner via phone or email within one week, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected. All potential winners (or the parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to execute and return a notarized affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and/or publicity release (where legal) within seven [7] days of attempted notification. If any potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period (if required), potential winner forfeits prize even though his/her name may have been shown/announced. If prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. In the event that any potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner (selected from among all eligible entries), even if the disqualified potential winner's name may have been shown/announced on air. Odds of winning a Prize depend on number of eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period.

9. General Conditions:

1. By entering, entrants fully and unconditionally agree and accept to be bound by these complete Official Rules and the decisions of OIG, which shall be final. OIG has the right to modify these rules in their sole discretion for clarification purposes at any time without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the promotion.

2. Except where prohibited, all winners grant to OIG the right to use, and publish his or her proper name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information and state and announce on-air winner's name, home city and state in any media to promote OIG and the Promotion without additional compensation.

3. Entrants enter at their own risk. OIG is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (1) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete, ineligible or unintelligible entries; (2) telephone, electronic, hardware, software program, network, Internet or computer failures or difficulties; (3) errors or delays in transmission; (4) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsors that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; (5) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, or from participation in the Promotion; or (6) any printing or typographical error in any materials associated with these Official Rules or the Promotion generally.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINNERS, THEIR HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN, SPOUSE, GUARDIANS, LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS ("RELEASING PARTIES") HEREBY RELEASE SPONSORS, AND EACH OF THEM, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, COSTS AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING OUT OF, RESULTING FROM, OR BY REASON OF ANY TRAVEL WINNER UNDERTAKES IN CONNECTION WITH WINNER'S PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RELEASING PARTIES IRREVOCABLY AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS EACH OF THE SPONSORS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS BY WHOEVER ASSERTED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH TRAVEL IN CONNECTION WITH PROMOTION.

1. OIG may prohibit any entrant or potential entrant from participating in the Promotion, if at the sole discretion of OIG; such person shows a disregard for these Official Rules, or acts (1) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant, OIG, or their agents or representatives; or (2) in any other disruptive manner.

2. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant entering via the methods set forth in the rules, the authorized account holder of the cellular phone or address used to enter, if applicable, will be deemed to be the entrant. "Authorized account holder" of a cellular phone is the natural person in whose name the phone has been issued and to whom services are billed.

3. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and OIG in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Tennessee. Sponsors' decisions as to all matters related to the administration of the Promotion and selection of the Prize winners are final.

10. Winners’ List: Prize winner's name and home city will be posted on www.theoig.com at the end of the promotion.
